DNV: Global HCM solution for 10.000 employees
Det Norske Veritas (DNV) have implemented SuccessFactors Goal, Performance and Compensation Management as a global solution.
In 2009, DNV went live with performance and goals to ensure the implementation of the performance management process was truly global. The system wa srolled out to 8,500 employees all over the world. Within just six months, the company had a 90 percent adoption rate. The key issue for the company was to ensure the quality of goal setting and performance evaluations.
"We did not expect such good results in such a short time,"said Klaus Jarstad, Senior HR Consultant and responsible for the roll out. "We were really excited about it - especiallythe adoption rate of the users and the feedback from the managers. This was really encouraging, considering the little amount of training that was needed."
In 2011 DNV started the implementation of Compensation Management.
