Help Desk Levels
Support issues and consulting requests must be registered in the Effective-People Help Desk system by a Costumer support resource. A dedicated login to the support system will be provided by Effective-People to the Customer.
The Effective-People Help Desk is open for issue registrations 24 * 7 * 365.
